At BALLON, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30Â days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be returned in its original BALLON packaging
• All included accessories and stickers must be returned
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
Items that show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly, please contact us within 72Â hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.
We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, please contact our support team for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used earphones with inserted ear tips may not be eligible for return unless defective.
BALLON reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
