📦 Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.
Delivery typically takes 8–11 business days via our Aramex courier partner.
Standard shipping rate: R89.99 nationwide across South Africa.
🎉 FREE shipping for the entire month of June no minimum order required. (Standard rates return from 5 July.)
BALLON takes full responsibility for keeping you updated throughout the processing phase no guessing, no silence.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays beyond our control.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in its original condition, with original BALLON packaging included.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
